Bergamot – Known to be uplifting, helping to dispel low moods and reduce symptoms of anxiety. Bergamot is recognised in particular for its balancing effect, cancelling out disproportionate emotions and helping us to feel content and emotionally stable.

Cedarwood – Known to having grounding effect on the mind – with soft woody tones. Cedarwood can reduce our stress and help us to achieve balance in our emotions.

Cinnamon – Known to be a wonderful natural mood booster, reducing stress and promoting positivity.  Cinnamon is intended to keep your mind a little more active than if you were winding down for sleep, so that you can enjoy your cosy evening to its fullest.
