Terms and Conditions
Please allow 1-2 working days for items to be dispatched.
Once dispatched with Royal Mail please allow 3-5 days for them to deliver. Once your parcel is with them delivery time is out of our hands - however items do very occasionally go missing. We can not open a "Missing Parcel" case until after 10 days of posting. We always retain proof of postage.
Items are thoroughly checked before dispatching. Unfortunately items do sometimes arrive damaged - however we do our upmost to prevent any products to arrive damaged, we use bubble wrap and eco friendly package space fillers.
If your items arrive damaged please email us a picture to the email provided.
We will replace your broken item once (stock levels depending) if the second parcel arrives broken there is nothing else we can do. No third replacement or refund can be done.
This is due to Royal Mail not covering high risk items such as Candle's, Glass, Pot such as Burners/Warmers & Wax Melt Jars.
Original items will need to be returned before a replacement is sent out - the buyer will be required to pay the postage fees for returned items.
